You are the mayor of the town, your task is to manage the Balloon Town, you have fully authority in this epic journey, make the balloons breed, then build some buildings to make them works in gold mines, hospitals, labs and even military structures, easy isn't it? No, there's still bad balloons that dislikes Balloon Town, you must keep your town happy and complete all task, good luck!
